Waited half an hour for frappes ordered through the app. We were told to park and wait and our food never came. We got out and went to grab a bag of cold food. Drove off to drop my daughter at school. Came back ten minutes later and coffees were still not ready. The manager was no help, just young and inexperienced. Avoid this place at all costs.

We waited 25 minutes in line for a three item order and the lady at the front desk was walking back and forth, on her phone, and wouldn’t even look in our direction. They took everyone else’s orders, but didn’t make ours. By the time we went in TWICE to tell them, they just brushed us off and let us keep waiting. I do NOT recommend.

MAN I JUST WANTED SOME FOOD TO EAT THIS WAS VERY UPSETTING NGL :(((
