  I went through the drive thru and I wanted to order a mcdouble and said they don’t have the meat for it, then it took 20 mins in drive thru and when they give me the order it didn’t even have fries and I was missing my drink. Had to wait more minutes and I decided to go inside and no one served me until I made contact with a girl wearing an airpod! Told her she didn’t give me my fries and she said “Didn’t I put them in there”. Crazy! If they’re not there, they’re not there ! Had to wait 10 more minutes then a manager came, not caring about the customers just went to the front to close boxes, then 2-3 mins pass and he asked me what is wrong, told him the same thing ( also told him that I work in a fast food place and it’s crazy how much they take for just nuggets and mcchicken, and he was speechless! Horrible Service.

  Curbside order. Arrived, inputed curbside number, and waited so long the app thanked me for receiving food!?!? I walked in and got the food at the counter with no employee assistance or questions. I also helped myself to condiments!

  Ordered on the mobile app (3 happy meals with chicken nuggets). Had a 5 minute drive from my house got there and drove up to the window. I was rudely asked to move forward as soon as I approached the window without any greetings. Then proceeded to wait 15 minutes while other people were getting their orders as soon as they arrived to windows many including happy meals themselves. When the individual finally came to give me my order they gave me 3 happy meals that hadn’t even been closed and tried shoving them all out to me and I was trying not to drop anything while keeping them in mind. They forgot my juices which I had to ask for but I’ve never been given an open bag/box at any McDonald’s and it seemed unprofessional.

  I try to avoid this McDonald's like the plague even though it's so close to my home. Why? Because every time I have given it a go I am always told to move up, park in a space, and wait. Not only do I have to wait but other customers too. Then when I get my food it's warm at best and fries aren't even fresh. Twice they gave me the wrong order. They move customers up so they can cheat the system and say they are attending customers quickly but they are not. Fast food & service means I order and I get my food at the next window maybe a minute topd. I have never had this issue with other McDonald's and for one meal at that. The Manager needs to improve their process.

  Service - every single time I have gotten food from here, I had to wait at least 7 or 8 minutes regardless if it’s just me or if there’s a line, which there often is, probably because they’re really slow. On top of this, when I’m working night shift and I want to eat here, from about 3:20 AM to 4:30 AM they are always saying they’re closed because they’re prepping for breakfast, I’ve never worked at a McDonalds, but I am truly doubting, it takes an hour to prep, there has to be some sort of loophole the employees are doing to get away with stretching the time out to make it an hour but I don’t believe it to be true, if so, then it should also take an hour if not more to set up for the larger normal daytime menu, but we all know it doesn’t. Food - my coworkers have had bad experiences such as food being room temperature at best but from my experience it has been good, the fries don’t taste old and are hot, the main entrees are always hot and prepared normally with no problems so that is at least a good thing, one bad thing however is I like ordering the strawberry banana smoothie and every time they give it to me, it’s always dripping with the smoothie and sticky, so watch out for that. Overall, It sucks this is the closest McDonalds that I feel comfortable going to, but at least it’s not the Burger King across Jackson.
