- CVCristina VFeb 6, 20263.0This is one of my favorite HEB locations, I love going in the late evenings when there isn’t as much traffic…but in the past year or so, I’ve had several uncomfortable interactions with the employees. When I go at night, I usually get the same cashiers, either a girl who is really nice, or two very unfriendly older men. For this reason I will be avoiding this store in the future. Last night I was there and I got rung up by one of the older men. He didn’t honor some of my coupons and on top of it he was very mean when I spoke to him in a respectful way. He doesn’t greet anyone, and if you talk to him he seems really annoyed and barely says any words to you. It makes my shopping experience very unpleasant honestly. I feel uncomfortable and intimidated and ashamed to ask for help. I wouldn’t have said anything if it was a one time thing, but it’s always the same with those 2 guys. Their names start with K and F. I’ve read other reviews talking about them. I also had an experience recently with a lady employee who was very sarcastic with me when I asked for help with a coupon. Things are very expensive right now and it’s hard for everyone especially for single parents…so I believe I have the right to use the coupons the store provides! She laughed at me for wanting $2 back. If you aren’t going to honor the coupons you provide then take them off the shelves in a timely manner.
