As soon as I started looking around I noticed the abundance of trash that was accumulating on the floor in the kitchen. Then I saw how diligent the staff was working albeit far from a well-oiled machine. Disgusted at my decision to buy there before I realized how nasty it was, I asked for the guy at the register for the manager. The manager was stuck sacking the meals with (5) in the kitchen and (1) on the register while helping in the kitchen. When I told approached the manager and asked him about the condition of the store he told me, “we are all working hard here” I had to agree. They were. The owner of this establishment should be ashamed that his money opened this franchise. Great brand and a great product in a complete dump of a franchise. Help your staff. They’re helping you. Folks, there are great restaurants in McAllen. Sadly, this one doesn’t make the list.
