    Food is good most of the time but the customer service is horrible every time I go. Specially the person taking orders. They cut you off, don't let you finish ordering and don't you dare ask for anything else. Just bad all around.

    The absolute WORST customer service. The employees are rude. Especially this one onler little lady with glasses. I've gone twice this past 2weeks and they forgot the sauces it comes with and didnt want to give me the sauces that I ordered extra through the app. They messed up my order and told me I was wrong about the menu and what I order. I had 3-5 employees yelling at me about how wrong I was until I showed them on the app and proved i was right and they made the order wrong. And then I had to pay extra for the sauces and the lady just threw them in the bag. All while other customers are having issued with their orders too. Everyone looks frustrated. This isnt a "just a bad day" its like this all the time. They need better management or a while new staff. It was just horrible.

    El Pollo Loco has been a favorite of mine for decades in California and Utah. So I expected quality when I visited this one. Boy was I disappointed. The chicken, what little there was of it given the tiny pieces, had no flavor. None. Neither did the sides: mashed potatoes and mac and cheese. There's not enough salt in the world to make this garbage edible. What happened to this place? They used to be epic. Now they're the worst. No way I'll return. Shame on you El Pollo Loco. You know you're terrible. But you seem to be content raking in bucks and serving up swill.

    Consistent Tex-Mex food and service and atmosphere are location by location some better than others. Tried one of their new chicken bowls it was okay. Next time I'll go back to my old standards tostada bowls. But like always it's pretty consistent food
