Much to my surprise as I took a couple sips when driving away I was disgusted to look into my drink and find a dark hair about an inch long in the foam. I honestly tossed the drink once I got to the convention I was in town for. Sick experience whenever you find any sort of hair in something you consume. Gotta say I won’t try them again. 👎🏽

I understand it can happen but would just ask to be more vigilant

Do not be intimidated by their line as they are just that popular- For busy mornings on-the-go they offer mobile ordering ahead at the walk up window. For drive thru, keep in mind there are TWO lanes so choose the shortest one to keep the line moving. They are able to customize ANY drink for most preferences and dietary restrictions, I order a sugar free peach black tea or a sugar free white chocolate latte, add soft top and cinnamon sprinkles if you are feeling crazy. I love this location, they will always cater to your requests and drink ideas. Their manager is especially awesome and always greets me with a huge smile. Thanks Dutch Bros Nolana! 10/10 SERVICE.

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
