- RRroxanne rydellNov 2, 20251.0I seldom ever leave reviews, but in this case I want to mention to the owners of this location that your gals at the window today at 11:50 am need to highly improve their level of politeness and customer service to be in line with the rest of the Dutch Bros in McAllen and around the country. Dutch Bros is our coffee shop of choice, but terrible experience today. Ordered a M Golden Eagle with an extra shot of expresso, got to the window and it was obvious my coffee did not have the extra shot, I politely asked if they had added, and the two girls at the window "discussed" then started angrily making me a new one, they were not even in the slightest a tiny bit polite. When they so rudely handed me a new one, the outside of the cup had coffee spilling all around the outside of the cup so I kindly asked for a napkin, the girl at the window seemed very frustrated for my asking and turned and grabbed a handful and literally SHOVED a wad of napkins into my hand without even further acknowledging me.......seriously. SO RUDE. Ya'll need to do better, you two are the face of this very successful business when customers arrive at your window, or better, take some lessons from the Barista's on Nolana, they are ALWAYS positive and polite.

When I placed my order the young lady was perplexed by my order. It took her several moments to figure out what I was talking about with regards to adding three pumps of cinnamon syrup to my coffee. I told her I was just at this specific Dutch yesterday and she was still looking at me as if I was speaking to her in a different language. Honestly I thought it was a joke. Then just out of nowhere she proceeded to give me a spiel that “technically half and half in a coffee is called a breve” like what???

Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
