However what they did have wasn’t up to its best quality, the rice was immensely hard. It’s so frustrating coming, and they don’t have the basic things. One of the times in December 2025 it was an hour before closing and they didn’t have any forks, so I asked for one and the worker asked me if a spoon was fine. Not too sure why it was such a hassle to get me a fork when you still have an hour in your shift. Ever since they hired new people, the service has gone down making me not want to visit this location.

I’ve not once had my order come out correct from an online order, and to make it worse there is no way to have it corrected or even get refunded. I called the store and it doesn’t even give you an option to speak to someone. At least the chipotle on 10th gets it right once in a while. All in all had to fill out a lengthy questionnaire on the ruined plate just for them to send me a BOGO coupon. What a joke send me a coupon to buy more food from you after you keep ruining the food Ive already purchased. Wish I could give zero stars. SAVE YOUR MONEY, DO NOT ORDER FOR PICK UP OR DELIVERY.

The next day I was projectile vomiting all day. I was extremely nauseous and I could barely stand without getting slapped with nausea. I got food poisioning. I’m not sure what exactly was wrong with my food. But something was definitely wrong . Do better chipotle
- JOJoel OchoaDec 13, 20251.0I usually love chipotle after a long day of work, I was really disappointed in the food and service , I was met with a terrible customer service from some dude, who kept talking with other employees while I was talking to him, he was really rude and gave me terrible portions I could genuinely feed the portion to a bird . The guy who was helping out I asked him for “ cilantro rice “ , he condescendingly responded “WHITE OR BROWN” , like obviously you know what I’m talking the store was a mess, the girl didn’t even offer to give me my receipt or a tray for my bowl, really disappointed, my friends said this chipotle had terrible customer service, and were they right.
