  I appreciate that you responded, but the reply felt very corporate. I can’t open my burrito to check portion sizes while ordering pick up. so it’s not reasonable to expect me to handle it at the time. I hope this feedback helps improve the customer experience going forward, and I wish the response had acknowledged efforts to provide a better experience next time. I did what I could which was submit a form via app. luv chipotle.. but each time i place a burrito for pick up, there’s actually only a penny sized amount of sour cream, salsa, and whatever else i get. it’s excessive. i literally only taste rice and meat. that’s not what i ordered. pls stop… it’s giving robbery 😍 if i hadn’t had so many awful experiences here in the past. i wouldn’t be so straightforward but this is insanely disrespectful to returning customers. to management and employees, how would you feel if that was your food you ordered and paid for? (it’s not even the fact you put so much rice in it that i can’t taste the other ingredients, you actually put nothing else in it like.. please less rice, and actual ingredients put in? like.. i don’t mean to come off rude either i’m just frustrated. i promise you, there rly was nothing else in my burrito and im not embellishing. that’s how little you put of the other ingredients and i ordered midday. i cannot eat a pound of rice either so you don’t need to do that. it’s wasteful. if my burrito is small that’s ok! perfect even! can it pleaseee just have actual ingredients i ordered and paid for? please :( it’s honestly so mean especially since as far as i know refunds are not issued for such things. this happened repeatedly before ive said anything as well. i use to work in food service for many years, so the lack of care is off putting.

  I visited at 6:30 pm on a Monday and Honestly I can’t believe how dirty this store was dirty containers on top of dirty containers on the counter it looked like teenagers working no one had a name tag the wonderful lady helping me had to ask 3 times for a refill on the rice I wanted on my bowl (which is the very first thing you add) I waited a good few minutes for that when I asked who the manager was I was directed to a girl chatting with the cooks and cashier idk I was just confused didn’t know that’s what this store stood for

  Cancelled my order with no reasoning, called for reasoning and the chat bot they have doesn’t let you talk to the restaurant. So I have no clue if it was cancelled because of lack of ingredients or what.

  We had a big group for dinner after our soccer game. The food was really good. We had the carne asada burrito- excellent. Kids had tacos and mixed burrito were very good. Service behind the counter was good. Only complaint was the place was not clean! Tables had not been wiped. Left over food trays were on one table and were left there the whole time we had our meal. Area around the rice, meat, etc had not been wiped up. They were busy but not so busy that they couldn’t clean up.
