They did not have a way to talk to a live person and kept saying DoorDash was responsible. Which they might have been but my order was in a sealed bag. Chipotle just failed to put my food in.
- LSLee-ah SantiOct 10, 20251.0As you walk in most of the tables with the minimum of 5 (two seaters) were dirty. Once in the line they were friendly. At check out, the cashier wasn’t a happy camper. She was rude and provided a handful of attitude. Maybe she was hangry because her and the ones serving the food were eating in between customers. Not to mention not sanitary because they don’t wash hands and the gloves aren’t switched between eating and serving. Now to the food- rice was mushy and the chips were stale. Upon informing the cashier, she simply replied, “they are from today”. A younger gentleman said, “Well here, there’s another one”. When approached with the drinks, they stated they aren’t doing tea because of the time. The time we came in was 8:54 to 9:19 pm. The bathroom was worse, out of toilet paper 😒 and I couldn’t get anyone’s attention to fix that. Overall, it was a disappointment that this establishment is not taken care of and these young kiddos don’t care. Maybe they are overworked, overwhelmed or hungry. But I won’t be returning. There was 11 people working so I don’t think it was because they were understaffed.
