From the tables to the fountain area and trash. Trash everywhere. It makes me uncomfortable to think about the cleanliness of their kitchen or staff. I have also never seen anyone addressing it and they always seem to be well staffed. Not sure if this is just a “norm” for the restaurant, but as a manager I would definitely look into it and get it corrected for optimal customer experience.

Every Wednesday after church, I come in and order three orders of the steak crunchy tacos, each with a whole list of ingredients on the side (for all three orders). It’s… a lot, I know. But AJ, Elias, and German never miss. Last night they got everything perfectly prepared, all with a smile, and were total good sports about my complicated order. Any time one of them is working, I know I’ll be treated kindly, taken care of, and never made to feel like a burden for asking for everything on the side. Their customer service truly stands out and I want to commend them for it, because this level of care isn’t something I get from everyone on staff.
