- LDLaura DFeb 25, 20261.0To start of the waitress was also the bartender, immediate red flag. She took forever to get our drinks, and also to take our order. (we got a resting face, but with the guys she was smiling 🤔) When she finally dropped off the drinks she didn’t even say a word she just left so quick, we didn’t even have time to let her know we were ready like ohh okay I guess lol. After she dropped our food she never came back. We were missing a straw we had to get up and look for one(mind you this isn’t the regular buffalos we go to). We wanted a refill of coke and she never came, so we didn’t get it. When we were done we waited for the waitress she never showed up ,so I told the other waitress if she could tell our waitress we were done and she did we saw her across the building. We waited she never came we just got up. We went to the front and ask if we could pay, the guy said yes. We paid asked for a box, and guess who showed up when we were exiting. Awful costumer service, not the type of person to write reviews but it was not a good experience. After reading some of the reviews you would think they would do something about it, I guess not.

We read the reviews to this location and were a little hesitant but man oh man let me tell you! We were seated quickly and our waitress Isabella was AMAZING! Very attentive, service was fast, food was delicious! Would recommend this location and will be back again! Thank you!
