  Went to have a great experience and really craved ice cream but saw a “back in 5 min” sign and waited for 30 MINUTES, a lot of customers walked by as we waited outside and they all look disappointed. Continue waiting and then we tried to ask the shops nearby and they confirmed their schedule is always bad and sometimes they even leave earlier. Disappointing Ben & Jerry’s!!!👎🏽👎🏽 We left and choose Starbucks instead smh 🫤

  Need to just let go of this location. If this is what we get then not worth your time or experience and wish I looked at the reviews before I wasted mine. Almost $7 for this one scoop and the girl recommended this to me, she was way too shy to speak and not confident at all which is not how I want to feel as a 1st time customer. Literally gross, this was melted in seconds, and as soon as I was out the door was like this. A melted mess that tasted like I got the end of the icecream when it's a bit gooey and it was not empty. I know when it melts quick that's a good sign, but I think all of the icecreams were like this so might be a refrigeration thing or they are not closing it properly. Either way was a first and last for me sadly.

  My husband n I went yesterday December 26, 2025. I have severe peanuts and nut allergies. Also our 4 yr old grandson has severe milk, egg and peanut n nut allergies as well. We have been to this location many times and had accommodations every time due to they have lactose free and peanut and nut menus. But yesterday the 2 lady's refused to accommodate. They right away said they couldn't. I kindly asked can you use the wooden spoons and she said oh I can't because its going to be hard to do. So we just walked out. Many other times we have gone they have offered to use the wooden spoons with no hesitation. I always explain the reasons and they don't question and even guide to the ice cream we can have. Not lastnight very disappointed!

  Terrible, I got two kids scoops and a small cup. They charged me sprinkles 3x as well. Literally 30 dollars where it should have been 20 dollars. When I confronted the front desk staff she said that that is how they tell them to charge. This location likes to gouge prices and over charge. Not professional at all and it seems the need to hold accountable the staff because this has been going on for a while considering the comments. Do NOT recommend this location at least.
