I was honestly shocked they’re children. It completely took the magic out of their birthday in that moment. Just a few months ago, I brought my other child for the same birthday freebie and had no issues at all. It was such a simple thing meant to make them feel special and celebrated. This experience was really disappointing, especially on a day that’s supposed to be joyful for kids.

Neither of them were friendly and the young lady seemed extra bothered to be there at all. The restroom was disgusting to say the least. When you entered, the floor seemed like something was spilled the week before and everyone just stepped all over it. The toilet had dried 💩 on it and to make it worse; there was no tp and no paper towels to dry your hands with. I brought this up to the attention of both employees and their face told me they couldn’t care less. Won’t be going back there again❌
