  We were part of a group of 26 that set in room prepared for us. Mike, our server, was attentive to our needs, friendly and efficient. My husband and I shared the the 1/2 pound brisket , fried okra and potato salad. It was delicious and sauce very good.

  I order the 2 meat plate. Fajita/sausage with mac&cheese and corn. Mac and cheese was cold and under cooked. The fajita was dry and rubbery. We normally eat at Aces in Mission. But here in mcallen. This place is shit. I will never come to this place again. Im surprised ppl are even coming to this place in mcallen.

  Food was good, but found it expensive. Service was friendly, but restaurant was dirty. Walked in during opening and rice can still be seen on the floor and on the tables (I assume from the night prior, because nobody else was in the restaurant), bathrooms wreaked with stinch and dirty (seemed old and outdated). After hearing so much hype in advertising about this place it was disappointing, I'll get the same bbq elsewhere at a much more cheaper price.
