I was forced to walk into the store and speak with a manager to get my order at the advertised price, the additional delay added a minimum 10 minutes to the process. The food quality allowed the overall rating to remain at 5 stars....

I've gone twice this past 2weeks and they forgot the sauces it comes with and didnt want to give me the sauces that I ordered extra through the app. They messed up my order and told me I was wrong about the menu and what I order. I had 3-5 employees yelling at me about how wrong I was until I showed them on the app and proved i was right and they made the order wrong. And then I had to pay extra for the sauces and the lady just threw them in the bag. All while other customers are having issued with their orders too. Everyone looks frustrated. This isnt a "just a bad day" its like this all the time. They need better management or a while new staff. It was just horrible.
