Just left location on Nolana (1:56 pm) and this is the second time my drink is made bad. There was only one vehicle behind so they weren’t overwhelmed. The young lady was nice but asked for my order 3 times. She made my drink and was told on two different occasions by a young man that she forgot something. A syrup and then my coconut milk. The drink was tolerable but had absolutely no taste. So disappointed. It didn’t come close to what it was suppose to taste like.

I stopped by on April 22, 2026, around 10:06 AM and was initially helped at the window by a shorter, heavier-set employee dressed in gray/black. She later stepped outside to work the line with an iPad. Unfortunately, my interaction with her was not very pleasant. She spoke extremely quickly, making it difficult to understand her, and her overall demeanor came across as unfriendly.
When she returned my card, she also handed me a straw. I politely mentioned that I didn’t need one, and she responded with what seemed like visible annoyance. Shortly after, she moved on to assist customers outside, and another employee took over my order.
I want to highlight that the second employee was very kind and professional. She also initially handed me a straw, but when I said I didn’t need one, she acknowledged me politely and responded in a friendly manner, which I really appreciated.
I’m not trying to be overly critical… I’ve worked in the service industry myself and understand that it can be stressful, and people have off days. However, basic courtesy and clear communication are essential when interacting with customers. I hope this feedback is helpful.

I asked for light ice and recieved a cup full of ice in my strawberry rebel. I asked nicely if they could change it and she said its not possible to do light ice.

It was a sufficient experience. It met expectations. However, they forgot the boba in one of our drinks, (likely due to the cashier not hearing the order correctly, a great disappointment given my expectations). They also claimed that they did NOT have the white chocolate shake. This is despite the fact that their menu clearly states that they do have it, right besides the regular chocolate shake. This disappointed me. Should these issues have not occured, I would have given a five star review. I will give credit, however, to the Pikachu man who was very lively and attentive to making sure that we did, in fact, have our straws. In addition, my acquaintance did note, (correctly, my opinion), that the medium size was very large, which is to their benefit. As such, I will only deduct a single star. Thank you for your attention, Brothers of the Netherlands. Still better than Starbucks, though.

I always go to Dutch before work and before school. Today I went and asked for the same thing I get everytime and one the girl at the window was very rude, two there was two people making my drink and laughing about it, and once I got my BLENDED coffee there was chunks of ice in it and it was not extra sweet like I asked for it. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. 7 brew never fails.

We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
