  Holy cow! 25 minute wait fir a sausage mcgriddle! No meal just the sandwich. Kid working window comes over asked to you need jelly etc. I said yes jelly. I get my food drive a mile up the road to stop to eat real quick AND THE JELLY ISNT THERE!! What is happening here?? Now don't get me wrong the sandwich was hot and correct but 25 minutes?? There's an IHOP across the road I could of gone to and had an entire meal in that time. Just WOW

  We came upon this Mcdonalds at 8 am on a Sunday morning during a road trip from Texas to Tennsessee. It wasn't busy at all so we assumed it would be quick. We were greeted quickly by a friendly male voice. My husband proceeded to give our order "A sausage biscuit, 2 hash browns, a steak egg and cheese bagel, 2 strawberry creme pies and 2 medium mocha frappes. Immediately the gentleman said he couldn't get us frappes because their water line was busted and all they had was can sodas (cold drinks where Im from lol) At this point I became irritated because the whole "our ice cream machine is broken" that I get at every McDonald's (not the case here but it aided in my quick irritation) my husband said fine 2 can Dr Peppers he proceeds to give our total $18.35 and we proceed to the windows. My husband hands him a 100$ no change he says. We scrounge for the money (my irritation level rising more) and go on to the pickup windows. The lovely lady quickly hands us our drinks and comes back with our food. She was friendly and made us laugh and we pulled on off. Basic drive thru deal, but when we opened our food and took a bite it was AMAZING!!! IT WAS LITERALLY THE BEST BISCUIT I HAVE EVER EVER EATEN IN MY LIFE!!!! And believe me as a southerner I have had some biscuits!! All of our food was cooked perfectly and tasted just as amazing. Way to go guys on the breakfast yall literally made my day!!! (No pics it was impossible not to devour from first bite!!! Lol)

  I hate to admit to this but we only went here to use the restroom on a long drive. I felt bad not buying anything but hopefully this review will be a good enough payment for letting us use the clean facilities.

  Went through the drive thru and ordered two meals and a smoothie. When we got to the window we were told they didn’t have the stuff to make a smoothie or any ice cream. We then sat and waited about 10-15 minutes for our food while watching the employees dance and carry on only to realize our food was sitting next to the register most of that time. We were finally given the bag of food, and left. Only to realize that one of our meals was missing. We made a u turn and returned to ask for the missing food, at the same time discovering that the chicken patty on the sandwich we were originally given was so old and dry it was not edible. They did take it back to remake it, and we then sat and waited another 15 minutes before they finally brought it out. The staff was not at all friendly or concerned about our presence..it was quite obvious that they would all have rather not have to serve us or anyone else for that matter.
