  if i could rate them a 0 stars i would. We’re coming from Houston, as soon as we go into the lane the lights went off. They were trying to close 30 MINUTES earlier than their supposed hour. Not only are the fries cold but man do these pple look miserable!!! Rude, disrespectful and honestly the worst service in this entire town. Some pple shouldn’t be getting hired. i really don’t wish bad upon pple but seeing how bad the reviews are in this location they should really fire everyone and start fresh. Not only are they ruining the reputation of the town, but also the career of those who run it. Manager and employees look nothing like good customer service, and i’ve worked at target, ik what it means to be tired.

  If I could leave a zero star review I would. Every time we have order from here they screw up the order, when we go back to get it fix they still manage to screw it up. If you or your family are going to order McDonald's dont waste your time stopping here, I'd recommend going to a different McDonald's. They have a 3.0 rating for reason.

  I'm sitting at the drive-thru waiting for my order which is just two burgers. No sides, no drinks and no dessert. I've been sitting here more than 10 minutes. The only other car in front of me in the Drive-Thru just drove off without any food. I ordered my meal on the app so it should have been ready when I got to the window since I've already been here 10 minutes but I'm still sitting here at the window waiting while the employees are standing there staring at their phones. My order was finally given to me about 15 minutes after I got here without a word spoken to me by the employee working the window. McDonald's should fire every employee in this store and just start over again. Never ever ever ever come here.

  9pm on a Wednesday; went for the kids. Wish I hadn't. The manager took my order. Then, when they got it wrong, the manager lied and said I asked for a #9 and got angry when I said the words "number" or "nine" never came out of my mouth. He aggressively slammed the 2 cheeseburgers into the trash and went back to run the refund. Then while they made the 2 double cheeseburgers I'd ordered, they argued with me that they'd already given me both orders of fries. The 2nd fries was sitting right by the window because they had forgotten to put it in the bag before they handed me the bag. They demanded I move out of the drive thru so they could help other customers which I didn't because they needed to finish with me first or else I'm sure I'd have been there a lot longer. 2 double cheeseburgers finally arrived, but the burgers smelled funny so we didn't eat them anyway. All that crap for $0.20 of a refund. Oh, and I'm not the health department, but I don't think anyone should be sitting on the McD's kitchen floor folding Happy Meal boxes and then laying them across the floor. Seems unsanitary.

  Me my brother and Dad went to go get something to eat late at night last night we Sat in the Drive Thru for 25 minutes along with other Cars in line waiting to order until 5 people in line left nobody spoke or took our order when we pulled up to the speaker and there was no one in the drive thru windows at all so my Dad had to go inside and walk all the way to the back of the Kitchen when he yelled out and no one answered come to find out all the Employees were in the Back room TALKING! Not paying attention to their customers and when he told them how long we had been sitting for and how many customers they had lost they said Oh uh we've been having trouble with our microphone they gave us our food free of charge such terrible service do not recommend this place unless u want to wait such a long time👎🏼
