We got to the second window after atleast a 10 minute wait, and our food was wrong. We were then asked to pull forward, which we did. And waited another atleast 20 minutes while holding up the line. It’s been like this the last few times, yet we keep giving it the benefit of the doubt for some reason. I have no clue why corporate hasn’t done anything with this. Rude teens running everything, horrendous wait times, and overall horrible service.

I placed a curbside mobile order @7:00pm I waited almost 30 minutes before going inside to see what was taking so long. As soon as I walked in without me even saying anything the man that was at the front counter walks off and says “I don’t have time for the bullshit tonight” They claimed I wasn’t checked in but it showed on the app that I was checked into spot “3”. If I wasn’t “checked in” why not walk outside and ask if I had an order? I was the only car parked in curbside so I’m sure that was the only mobile order y'all had.
