After an hour it was still prepping so I called. They ran out of Alfredo for my pasta and so they decided not to make my order at all. She said she called. I have no record of her calling me. I didn’t want marinara so I asked her to take it off the order. They start actually making my food at 7p. My food gets done at 7:40 and the driver leaves a few minutes later. At 8:15 I called the store to ask what was taking so long and he said they had a “hangup” at a previous stop which was across town. I guess they don’t care about you as a customer. When an order is delayed for an hour already, that should be the first place you stop at. Could not offer me a refund or any reparations except I could call on Wednesday and ask the general manager for a refund. I don’t have a free schedule and that doesn’t fix my problem. At 8:25 the driver finally shows up and asks me to pay. I paid ahead of time with my card and told him as such and went inside to eat. I saw the horrible state of the pizza. Cold, dried out, and the thinnest hand tossed I’ve ever seen. A few minutes later he knocks on the door to ask for money because the girl I spoke with earlier refunded the entire amount without telling me. The food was in horrible condition and I don’t have cash so I had to return the food. Tristan was the manager in charge who decided against making it right when I told him the circumstances. Not good for business to refuse to remake the order or give a refund when they mess up. I would have NEVER ordered if I knew I was going to receive such awful service. I tried giving them a second chance after the last time where my food was late and cold.
