  Just stopped by for my afternoon treat with my family and Maci was absolutely amazing she was so kind and bubbly and fixed an issue with amazing manner and enthusiasm will be coming to this location again

  7Brew always has personable employees but Lex helped me today & when I tell you, that was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had, it’s the truth! Usually when I ask for suggestions or am indecisive, I get vague answers or something normal. Gimme a suggestion that you yourself love. That is exactly what Lex did…& it was delicious! Try the matcha w/ lavender, brown sugar, vanilla, marshmallow, cold foam, & a caramel drizzle. You won’t regret it!

  Every time I’ve been to this location, it’s been amazing. The workers are soooo nice. The other day, Chanel helped me, and she was so sweet. At today’s visit, Lucy happened me. Again. So sweet. I will defend be back.

  I was on my lunch break and the big guy that handed me my drink which my shake is always amazing. I have never had a problem with anyone since 7brew came to Marshall BUT today he changed it all. rushing me off because I was asking a question just one question. I asked him Do you guys have any coupon here at this location I know they sent them in the mail, he said." I don't know, no I don't ok bye and just rushed me off. Pissed me off I only asked just that one question. I am always polite to all the servers, but this one just made my experience with 7 brew from 5 star to 2 because of him. 04/01/2026 around 12:45 p.m.

  Went there Saturday evening with my mom while we were passing through. The first worker was very nice and friendly, but another worker came over and interrupted me while I was mid sentence to talk to the other girl about her hours or something. I witnessed the girl then standing on the counter where another worker was making drinks to clean the windows... Last I checked knees weren't very sanitary. On top of that, my mom's drink did not have the espresso in it. It tasted like sweetened milk (I order extra sweet because the espresso is usually very strong, but this had no coffee taste at all... And then she also forgot the water that I ordered and I had to remind her. There were no other customers. We were the only ones there until someone pulled up behind us. She did apologize but it's still very rude and just shows a lack of thoughtfulness.
