  The service was 💯 lacking customer service. At least 5 employees were there but our food set on warming shelf until 3 other customers submitted their order. Our order was on shelf prior to the other customers were at counter to give order. The bread on my burger was as if it had been microwaved… edges hard and inner part rubbery… the patty was as if it had been cooked 3 days earlier and was placed on grill to “reheated”. More than the poor food I watched as an employee decorated cakes in the eating area next to entry foyer. No gloves, no hairnet and out in the public eating area during operating hours.

  Waiting time is over 20 minutes on the drive thru and your food will be cold once you receive it.

  Drive thru service was great as was the food. Puts buffalo dq to shame! Will make the extra drive from now on!
