UPDATE: I just had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at Subway. There were two employees working, and it was obvious one of them was in charge. The problem is, instead of helping, she stood there with a bad attitude while the other guy was trying to handle three customers at once by himself. He was doing everything, taking orders, making sandwiches, trying to keep up and she just kept bossing him around, getting visibly frustrated, and making the whole situation more stressful and inefficient than it needed to be. No teamwork, no leadership, just tension. I even asked her about it, and her response was basically that “he should know how to make a sandwich by now because he’s been there two months.” That right there told me everything. Good leadership isn’t about standing back and criticizing, it’s about stepping in and helping your team succeed, especially when things get busy. Honestly, I felt bad for the guy. He was trying. The experience just felt uncomfortable the whole time. Is this how this location is normally run, or was this just a bad day?

Haven’t had subway in a couple years, nabbed a spicy Italian. So yummy. The lady working there was really cool too. The ingredients were really fresh and crisp. I’ll be back. ☺️🧤

Placed an online pickup order for 6:40pm. I arrived on time but the order wasn’t ready and I had to wait while two in-store orders were finished. I didn’t mind waiting but the two girls on shift took a while. When I got home, I realized the order was wrong I received two six-inch sandwiches instead of a footlong and a six-inch. I had to drive back to the store to get it fixed. There was no apology or acknowledgment of the mistake, and I was even asked if I knew which sandwich was which, despite the order being incorrect. I then had to wait again while the missing portion was made. What should have been a quick online pickup turned into a 40–45 minute ordeal with an extra trip back. Mistakes happen that i understand but the lack of basic customer service and accountability was very disappointing. Staff need better training on online orders and customer service.
