- KSKassandra Schwingertoday2.0I placed my order at 10:54AM as a timed order for 11:45AM for 60 boneless wings. I understand that’s a large order which is why I timed it out. When I came in to pick it up it was 11:41AM-just a little bit early. I let them know my name and anticipated it to be a couple minutes wait since the order was larger. The girl at the front counter turned around and told the lady working the order that I was here for pick up and the older lady sarcastically said “oh great the order that came in 5 minutes ago?” It’s not my fault if your timed orders only drop 10 minutes before the scheduled time. I’m happy to wait for bigger orders (I also work in food service so I have a realistic expectation on how long it will take). I didn’t need to hear the sarcastic remark about my pick up time and it’s not appreciated from a customer perspective. And the order was ready for me to walkout with is at 11:45 so I don’t understand the sarcasm. The girl at the front counter did have great customer service though so thank you for that.

I arrived at 12:05 Am :12/23/25 to pick up my order, and despite being clearly visible, the staff inside refused to open the door. I was left out in the freezing cold for nearly twenty minutes, and they blatantly ignored me. I had to call customer service just to get someone to finally let me in and hand over the food. The staff acted completely oblivious and showed no accountability for the poor treatment. This was an incredibly frustrating and unpleasant experience, and I would not recommend Wingstop to anyone after this😡😡
