I arrived at 12:05 Am :12/23/25 to pick up my order, and despite being clearly visible, the staff inside refused to open the door. I was left out in the freezing cold for nearly twenty minutes, and they blatantly ignored me. I had to call customer service just to get someone to finally let me in and hand over the food. The staff acted completely oblivious and showed no accountability for the poor treatment. This was an incredibly frustrating and unpleasant experience, and I would not recommend Wingstop to anyone after this😡😡

I’m an outgoing guy, and they always match my energy and mood. Especially the Manager Irene and customer service rep Mary, who were very helpful and cheerful today when ordering and picking up the food. The wings and sides are ALWAYS delicious and cooked right. The ranch dressing rivals that of Mr. Gattis. (Which is very hard to do) I constantly point people in the direction of Wing stop and will continue doing so…
- KFKyle FryOct 25, 20253.0I come here almost twice a week on average but the last couple months everytime I order and get home my wings are virtually dry im not sure why they are shorting my wings of sauce but it's about to make me jump ship and stop ordering food there it's getting old to pay a premium for subpar food at this point 👉 I wish I knew how to add photos so everyone could see the disappointment wings...anyhow they agreed to give me a replacement and said it wouldn't happen again we shall see, I'll give them another chance! It's probably 1 singular lazy employee thats feels like the sauce king and that product effects his wallet 🤣
