I don't really like writing reviews like this but it is necessary for people to know what is going on here. Then when I call to ask what is going on I get the "what was your order?", "we are working as fast as we can". Yeah I can push out a ton of orders in 40 minutes so that doesn't work as an answer its just an excuse of bad management at this juncture. Hopefully we ready these comments from folks because there is a problem!

I also have a severe tomato allergy, which I clearly state with every order, yet on three separate occasions my meal has been prepared incorrectly. This has forced me either to throw away food I paid for or wait an additional 20 minutes for it to be remade. To make matters worse, each time I’m there, one or more staff members—and sometimes the entire team—are outside smoking instead of attending to customers.
