I showed the employee my BOGO $1 offer on the app, and she told me it would be honored as long as my number was registered. I trusted her and placed my order. But when I went to pay, another worker refused the offer, saying the first person was new and didn’t know the policy. When I tried to explain calmly, she was extremely rude and even told me to get out throwing the sandwiches on my face after paying. I felt humiliated and disrespected especially since I was just following what their own staff told me. If I had known, I would’ve simply ordered online. No customer deserves to be treated this way. I hope the management takes this seriously and teaches their staff to handle customers with honesty and respect.
