- RTRicardo TFeb 10, 20261.0Placed an online pickup order for 6:40pm. I arrived on time but the order wasn’t ready and I had to wait while two in-store orders were finished. I didn’t mind waiting but the two girls on shift took a while. When I got home, I realized the order was wrong I received two six-inch sandwiches instead of a footlong and a six-inch. I had to drive back to the store to get it fixed. There was no apology or acknowledgment of the mistake, and I was even asked if I knew which sandwich was which, despite the order being incorrect. I then had to wait again while the missing portion was made. What should have been a quick online pickup turned into a 40–45 minute ordeal with an extra trip back. Mistakes happen that i understand but the lack of basic customer service and accountability was very disappointing. Staff need better training on online orders and customer service.

Cheese is cold and looked like they just did the worst job they could assembling it. I just don’t get it, if you don’t like your job then go home. Will not be tipping anymore sadly.
