I did get a refund but not offered a discount/credit for my trouble on the next order probably because they have so much business they can afford to lose customers so for me there will not be a next time. I highly recommend you confirm your number is actually on the order to avoid this from happening to you. - missing phone number

I redeemed my points it shows I was never given a receipt I was never told anything about the pizza. I received an incomplete order and when calling the store was given nothing but excuses. I will be reporting this place and I will be never ordering from this garbage store again. The manager should be ashamed of themselves and commit harakiri!
