Their curbside is always running behind and they don’t pull orders correctly. They can’t give you refunds when they don’t put your products in your bags. I live out of town and called HEB Floral dept and ordered over the phone with Chloe and I spoke with another young lady(unfortunately I forgot her name) They were delivered on time and look beautiful.
