- RRRandyFeb 2, 20241.0I know it is difficult to find help in a smaller town, but why would you employ people so rude at a National Chain with the reputation that Dunkin has. The owners or upper management need to sit down with management and employees and train them on customer service skills. Again, this is a small town and word travels quickly. I will not recommend anyone I know to visit this location. Unacceptable. There are many other locally owned donut shops that actually care about customer service.

She has a lot of restaurant experience. She was the person to help me today and I explained that I’ve been coming here since they open. They have messed up my order but understandable everyone is in training. She is adoreable and very intelligent.
