I told her they’re canceling it and they need to refund my money. Her manager Rahim wasn’t there but she said she would contact him to initiate the refund. Well, no refund and it doesn’t matter how many times you let the phone ring, they will NOT answer it. Horribly run business with no consideration for their customers.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
