  Drove 15 mins to pick up an Uber Eats and he claimed the system was done. Lost out on $22 thanks to you guys system

  Whoever was working drive thru tonight was rude I didn’t even place a order cause one he said you are going to have to give me a minute ok cool waited ten asked what I wanted said #6 oh it’s going to be a six minute wait cause that’s what all the cars in front of you ordered at that point I drive off now I know why the other car in front of me drive off . Do better

  I had never been to this Wendy's before but I went here tonight, I ordered the biggie meal and the guy gave me my drink as soon as I got to the window and then asked me to pull up and that my order would be brought to me at the fence line. Well I pulled up and waited at least 3 minutes and my food was brought out to me and it was cold. How in the world does the food come out cold when I just ordered it and had to wait for it?? The guy handing me my order seemed out of it and was holding the bag of food for the next car in his hand but in no hurry to give it to them.
