If it weren't for the fact that they have decent coffee that isn't $8 a cup, I'd stop shopping here for morning breakfast. Today I ordered 2 Sausage McMuffins 1 Sausage Egg McGriddle No Cheese 2 Hotcakes 1 Large BLACK decaff coffee. They made 5 mistakes on that order. 1. They only gave us 1 syrup for 2 orders of hotcakes; 2. They gave us a Sausage Egg McMuffin no cheese instead of the McGriddle; 3. When I pulled back in line to correct #2, they tried to give me a Sausage Egg & Cheese McGriddle; 4. They put cream in the BLACK coffee; 5. They put sugar in the BLACK coffee. And the employees want skilled pay for unskilled and consistently poor quality labor... There are a total of 3 people that I've run into at this store that I wouldn't fire if I was the store manager. There's only two people that have ever said, "Thank you for your business," or something similar. I don't raise my voice. I greet them and say thank you after they take our order and again after they give us our food.
