  I'm not sure what's up with this location, but for the last 3 times I've been here they constantly mess up my order. I always order steak chalupas but for some reason they give me chicken ones. This last time was the worst where the drive thru showed they input steak chalupas but the receipt showed chicken chalupas so can't even dispute it. It's annoying that they can't seem to get this right.

  They barely give you any meat. Ordered a nachos bell grande that maybe had a tablespoon of meat or so. You pay almost $7 for nachos bellgrande with no meat!!!

  The last three times I have ordered Taco Bell on Uber eats they cannot get my order right to save their life today I ordered a freeze and I was sent no straw I love the nachos and I always get extra cheese well never got it and that's like the last three times even today which I doubt if they read this because they really just don't care and will I be ordering from Taco Bell again No

  OK, so I went to go pick up an order that I placed earlier that morning to be picked up around 3:45 I show up probably 10 minutes later than that and I go in a lady pulls up my order and me my drink and so I wait to the side thinking that I’m about to get my food a lady who I’m guessing is the manager I’m not sure, comes up and tells me that my order was canceled by me and how she was not able to see my order but how are you not able to see my order but you know exactly what drink I got I go back-and-forth with her and tell her that I never canceled the order. I was never able to cancel my order so how could I cancel my order without being able to? She said I somehow did it and I asked her for a refund and she said she wasn’t gonna give me one and I would have to do it through the app. Again, I didn’t have an option for that because on the app it still showed that my order was available for pick up at the time that I set up for and when I asked her if she can just make my meal because the place did have my money she says no and then completely ignored my existence and goes back to work. Doesn’t care about if I get to eat or not. I don’t know if this was some kind of scam or whatever but best believe I did call customer service and I did get my refund whatever they were trying to pull on me. It didn’t work and I hope they know that I’m not gonna let this down. I will be one starring on every review platform. Whoever that manager lady is is highly disrespectful. She doesn’t even treat her own employees for respect. I’ve ordered from them in the past and they always forget stuff or it doesn’t make things right Never care to make a review, but this was the last straw. I’m completely done.
