When we have delivery orders, almost always something is missing or wrong. And to top it off- they posted communication to supposed managers and higher ups on every stall including phone and email……to no surprise- never once have we received a call back or response to emails submitted. Sonic….Shut it down!

- JJJazzNov 23, 20251.0Could have caused us an allergic reaction being careless. Ordered a couple of cokes my way. One with coconut and one without. Neither were labeled. To make it easier one was regular coke and one was coke zero so even marking the drink diet would have helped. I let the young guy know that I couldn't tell which one has coconut and my friend was allergic so itw as important. He made a guess (which ended up being wrong) I decided not to give the drink to my friend and tried it. The one he said had no coconut was the one with coconut. He needs to be trained in the importance of food allergies.
