- JSJustin SimmonsOct 31, 20251.0Placed a order by calling and of course its a call center and not the store. Its Halloween and we get our pizza as we are walking out to go Trick-or-Treating. Not looking at my order. Well I came back and notice im missing a item. I tried calling and its a call center again. And im told I'll be transferred to a manager.. we'll im on hold for 20 mins. So I call back and its the same thing, on hold for another 40 minutes and the call ends. Call and press #3 for a complaintand im disconnected 4 different time's. Why can't I call the actual store and get someone that can help me. And im still on hold as I write this review. Pizza tastes good but customers service is horrible. Make this right - Pizza Hut (Manvel)!!!
