- DLDamian Lee4 days ago3.0I went to the fish department & let's just say it was just a misunderstanding of a fish location, but when I get it prepared the way I asked, & when I slightly walked off to look back I see gestures between the guy & someone else. Next time do it where no one can see you I just hope the managers Angelo & Marquese handle this right. Because i had my product redone by the guy in which he forced it in my hand when he was done with it. I told the manager I didnt want to give a name because it wasn't really a big deal until he shoved the product into my hand the 2nd time.

As he was walking out, Ronald noticed several HEB Buddy Rewards pamphlets scattered all over the floor and picked them up. What really impressed our family was that Ronald could have easily kept walking but instead took the time to do the right thing. I told our teenagers that Ronald's work ethic is a rarity these days. To our family that small gesture on Ronald's part was gold. The following day we went back to the store and spoke to the Dairy manager and told him what Ronald had done. May Ronald's hard work be rewarded!

My bagger I’m not sure if he had an issue, because he to was not friendly actually he was slagging my groceries in my basket. Maybe they needed a break or were both having a bad day. When I ask to speak with the Cashier manager, which they stated was George I was told that they could not call him because he was busy doing something and this was after one person told another person that I had a complaint and wanted to speak with the Cashier manager. Wow

Now the curbside is hit or miss if you get all items, the store is constantly packed, customers are rude, parking is terrible, and curbside produce appears to be the stuff they cant sell to people who are in store. Seriously curbside produce is more likely than not to be over ripe or even moldy. Cant remember when I recieved usable strawberries or avocados from curbside.
