While checking out, the cashiers Laila and Kelly noticed that I was carrying my baby, and without hesitation, they stepped in to help place my groceries onto the scanning counter for me. This may seem like a small gesture, but for me, it meant so much. It was actually the first time I’ve ever had anyone offer to help me with my groceries while juggling a baby. Their kindness, attentiveness, and genuine care made my shopping experience incredibly pleasant and memorable. Laila and Kelly went above and beyond what was expected, and their thoughtfulness truly reflects the excellent customer service H-E-B is known for. I’m very grateful for their help and hope their kindness is recognized. Thank you for making a busy mom feel seen and supported.

She was more than happy to assist me as I showed her my inspiration picture and she perfected it within no time! She even helped me write a card with pretty hand writing :) she definitely knows exactly what’s she’s doing!

Pearland location don't usually have this issue. Don't usually leave bad reviews but felt like the tech at the counter didn't even want to deal with me

When I came by to pick it up I told them it wasn’t what I had asked for, & that this rude/dry lady named Rita had taken a picture of my phone with the EXACT design I wanted on the cake. They said she forgot to send it in… I ended up keeping the cake because I didn’t want it to go to waste, but I’m very dissatisfied with this whole experience. First and last time ordering a cake here.

There needs to be a posting at the handicap parking spots that states they close one side of the stores doors down at 9:00 pm sharp. I asked the store manager who was the one closing the door to please get me a cart cuz there was no way I was going to make it all the way out the other doors and all the way back around the building. His response was we don't have any cards charged up right now. I asked if he could please just open the door so I could get out my car was literally in front of the doors and he said sorry no can do. If it wasn't for another customer who helped walk me to my car because they saw my knee dislocate on me I would not have made it! The man literally saw me limping to make it to that door. She was still standing at the door with key in hand. I get it you don't make exceptions but damn this was bs. Thank God for the young man who saw me struggling.
