I placed a mobile order for pick up, I arrived to pick up my order and was told the server was down and they could do nothing and to call customer for a refund. I offered to show my order that had already been paid for so they could prepare it but they would not even do that. The kicker was watching the burrito being made for I assume an employee as they were turning all customers away. Horrible customer service and I can see why this location has such horrible reviews.
