  Really bad customer service. Oblivious employees. I don’t expect much but that’s awful. Shame on management for hiring this crew and not training.

  This location never has anything available. How a doughnut place never have doughnuts? Also, I saw one of the employees outside petting dogs in the parking lot. That’s disgusting and I’m glad I never got the opportunity to eat anything from there.

  Eunice was great! I think she was working alone bc she was RUNNING but she was sweet, kind, and professional and had our order out as yuck as she could and it was correct! Great customer service!

  I visited this location for the second time yesterday, and I had another great experience. I prefer drinks that are low in calories and not overly sugary, so I decided to try Dunkin’s new Zero Sugar Energy Drink (only 20 calories). After placing my drive-thru order, I was greeted by Nakyra. This was my second time seeing her, so I made sure to ask for her name. When I mentioned it was my first time trying the drink, she thought I would really like it; and she was right! Nakyra provided great customer service. I was so appreciative that I actually called the store afterward just to thank her for the recommendation.

  Placed an order for pickup 10 minutes out, even received a prompt, asking if I was sure I wanted to place my order that early. I pull up to the window and I’m waiting for my coffee and food for another 10 minutes. I’m then handed my coffee and told to have a good day. I ask about the food and the girl seems confused and says hold on. Disappears and doesn’t come back. I left because otherwise I’d be late for work. 20 minutes for a business where I ordered ahead, had no line upon arrival, and still can’t receive my order correct or on time. Coffee wasn’t even made correctly. It’s 2026 and nothing is more valuable than someone’s money and time, and yet here I am throwing $16 away because I can’t afford to keep waiting. Will not be back to this location.
