  Utterly terrible location, everytime I decide to come back to this place it’s a great endeavor. I have to wait 10 minutes just to get what I ordered, and if there’s a line don’t count on getting back at a reasonable time. The blizzards are always melted, and the service is always terrible.

  My husband loves DQ so we come by this location every now and then. Every time we come our order is wrong, never fails. We have to spend extra time at the window to send items back for correction. Tonight once we finally drove off after making corrections, we realized they didn’t even give us our drink. I’m usually very understanding about things like this but this is EVERY TIME with this location. Would rather make the drive to Pearland location.

  This has to be the slowest Dairy Queen ever. You have like 15 people waiting and it’s taking them about 20 minutes to run out an order. Where is the manager?!?!?

  I I wish I could give negative stars sitting in the drive-through for 15 minutes and never moving is unacceptable or more people are cooking at home and y’all are the reason why
