    told me “oh were just waiting on the meat” proceeded to wait 10 minutes with me being the only one and then my cold was cold. Usually I don’t care , but i just got off of work and this is what I get

    This Wendy’s needs new management and fast!!!! Went tonight around 1120 for my $6 biggie bag and received nasty cold nuggets and fries an chicken sandwich .. decided to turn around so they could make it fresh and what do you know the Nigerian man who works the window doesn’t speak or apologize, takes my old food, clearly REHEATS it and hands it back to me!!! Now I have hard, hot old nuggets and fries!!! Of course he didn’t give me a receipt either. I ended up throwing the entire meal away…That man is so rude and knew good and well the food was no good. I will NEVER return to this Wendy’s. I’m really upset I didn’t get a receipt to escalate this experience! Save your time and money and don’t go here!

    I went to this location last night and got a 6$ biggie bag. My nuggets were fine but my burger was cold and the lemonade was nasty. This is not the way I am used to Wendy’s lemonade tasting so I called the store just to let them know they may want to check the lemonade. I guess whoever answered the phone got an attitude because I couldn’t hear him which I couldn’t . So I asked him was he the manager and he said he was. When I asked what is his name to share my experience. He said what do you need my name for? It was really honestly no reason to even to all of that . It’s uncalled for. When you try to call the customer service number and hit four when prompted , it hangs up like the last review mentioned. I didn’t get a reciept so I couldn’t complete a survey either. This is only my second time coming to this location because it’s not far from me but it’s no way they have 3 stars. Your attitude should not be rude and nasty like that over something that is not that serious, especially when no one got an attitude with you . Customer service should be top priority.

    First of all, I did not receive a receipt at the drive thru window, was asked to pull forward and wait for my food. Thought the receipt would be included with the food. Several minutes later, they brought the food out, I checked to make sure all the items were there and could tell the fries were cold. After waiting all that time to receive cold fries, unacceptable. I parked and went inside. The person at the counter asked for the cold fries from the bag, I reached in and handed them over to him, he proceeded to walk over to the rack where they put the fries before bagging and placed the cold fries there and then turned to who I assume is the manager to say that I was returning the cold fries. She the manager, told the other team member to make new fries. He seemed to either be new or confused about his job and it took him several minutes and repeated direction from the manager to even start the new fries. I was watching the entire time while this was going on, and then watched the female team member proceed to pick up those same cold fries and place them into another bagged order and then called out the persons name in the store for that order. I should have warned him of the recycled cold fries he was receiving!!! I did finally receive the fries and the manager apologized as she handed them to me. I called the customer care number to discuss this and found that once you select the #4 option the phone disconnects, called back listened again selected #4 and again hung up. Called one more time and selected option #3 and same!!! HUNG UP ON!!! The rest of the food was barely even warm. This was the first time visiting this Wendy's and THE LAST!!!! This whole situation is just ridiculous.
