  I visited during business hours, but the two employees working informed me that the kitchen was closed because the staff member responsible for it was helping at another location. I was confused and disappointed that there wasn’t anyone available to operate the kitchen during normal business hours.

  I'm new to mansfield and decided to stop by and try it for the first time. The place is nice and clean I was welcome by the young man in the smoothie station. The service was good the smoothie was better then expected . What made the experience a 10 out of 10 was the young man now known as Tristan. He made people feel welcome and sought for. I will definitely come back again and bring my family to enjoy the experience.

  Hello so I’m a gym trainer located in Mansfield Tx and I recently started coming here for protein smoothies in the summer. when they were a lot of workers and it was quick and easy to get my drink. However it’s come to my attention that it is very slow and under staff now. There’s only one worker in the front and one working in the back. Making the lines move very slow. I can’t make it to my classes on time due to the fact that’s it take so long to get my drinks, management is no where to be found when you have a question or when crew members are struggling in the cafe area please make a note that if you want quick, easy, and efficient service consider going to another tropical cafe. Please and thank you!

  My husband and I recently visited Tropical Smoothie Cafe, and unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing due to the customer service. During our visit, the manager, starts with T, on duty was extremely rude, had a noticeable attitude, and came across as unprofessional when I asked a simple question about the ingredients in one of the smoothies. It felt like a basic question was treated as an inconvenience rather than part of good customer service. This wasn’t the first negative experience I’ve had at this location either. On a previous visit, another manager, also starts with T, displayed concerning behavior. She had a very sharp tone and seemed to treat both employees and customers poorly, which made the environment uncomfortable. It gave the impression of a lack of respect and professionalism overall. Customer service plays a huge role in whether people return to a business, and unfortunately, these experiences have made me reconsider coming back. Until there are clear improvements in how customers and employees are treated, I would not choose to revisit this establishment.

  I'm so disappointed I heard nothing but good things about the place. Me and my fiance went in to dine in and we didn't get greeted when we walked by none of the girl employees. The young gentleman with the hair was super welcoming and helpful. While waiting for our food all we heard was the girls gossiping and using foul language. When we finally got our food we sat down to enjoy our food while trying to ignore the young lady with the puffy bun talking disrespectfully and rudly to the young man and the young lady with braces. I loved the place and the food but a couple of the ladies need better customer service training, if it hadn't been for the young man with the hair and the young lady with the braces my experience would of been a total disappointment.
