  Our Server Ken & the Service Manager Jermaine was exceptional & the best I have ever had in all my years of going to Salt Grass. The Food was served Hot & On Point. The Customer Service from Ken, Jermaine and other staff members is something you don't see at Restaurants today. The entire staff deserves 10 Stars instead of 5 Stars.

  The staff was very professional and on top of everything. We had a birthday party there of 35 people. And no one wanted for anything. The host stepped up to make announcements, and I noticed the staff stood to the side and waited to take our orders as not to interrupt what he was saying. I was very impressed by that. The food was excellent as always

  Best experience at Salt grass ever. Our waitress, Autumn, was very attentive and friendly. Definitely recommend going to this location for any special occasion or date night. Honestly, the food, service, and over atmosphere were perfect for celebrating my birthday this year. Thank you guys soooo much ☺️

  I sincerely recommend this location. Saltagras has made a few thoughtful changes to the kids' menu, and there have been additional efforts to accommodate us, which truly reflect the great leadership of the GM. As regular customers at the Arlington location, we once asked if they could leave the sirloin uncut due to past issues with it being overcooked. Unfortunately, the GM said no, and after many years of loyalty, we felt somewhat unappreciated. However, at Mainfield, they made us feel valued and cared for, and it’s clear they prioritize their guests. Our server, Daylin, was exceptional,attentive and considerate, checking on us frequently. If you visit this location, I believe you’ll be glad you did, and you’ll notice the genuine care they put into their service.

  My wife and I enjoy coming to this location. We have always had great service and the quality of our meals have been right on. We would like to thank Skylynn for her outstanding service. She was very pleasant made sure our order was correct. We feel she went over and beyond in making us feel at home. My wife had the tenderloin tips and I had the steak and shrimp combo. My steak was cooked to perfection. We enjoyed the brisket with queso dip as an appetizer. Our salads were fresh and delicious. We would also like to thank David the manager at the time for coming by our table to make sure we were happy with our food and the service.
