This store/location is a fraud that takes people's orders amd money amd then locks them out of the building on New Years Eve. There was a line of people that had placed orders or picking up Door Dashes that were turned away. There were visible orders sitting at the counter as well. No communication just the workers inside ignoring and/or laughing at the paying customer outside that had been ripped off. They took our money and someone finally came to the windows and said we have to come back tomorrow to get our refund. They said they closed at 10 pm, but I was able to place my order at 10:12 (sitting at this location) and saw people inside clearly past 10 eating. or in & out picking up orders well past 10:30 (my order was to be ready in 28 - 33 minutes per the website/app). Lastly, the website and Google search said open until Midnight. DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS BUSINESS!!

I called the resturant to complain. The girl who answered said oh that's happened ama checked if a ticket printed and said it didn't go through and would be refund. I asked her what if it didn't she said she would make note in her book. Them she instantly hung-up with out a bye. I called back really upset and told her i was still wanting to place an order. She was like.. oh i thought the call was over rudely. I asked for her name so i could complain to Corporate and she said it was Ebony Nicole C* and then spells it out. After working on the customer service for over 20 years, I have never encountered a someone who was so rude and didn't care. To get it sounded as if it was a game. She didn't care because she knew nothing would happen to her from her employer.
