It’s always unfortunate to see a team member ignore a line of customers- paying customers nonetheless. I was waiting behind an old woman because I ordered sauce that wasn’t given to us, and my husband swapped spots with me and let me sit down because I was waiting in line for so long. As I watched from the table, Ryan (the team member) was chatting with another team member and had turned around to avoid eye contact with my husband and avoid helping him. This happened repeatedly even with other customers as well. If you see someone standing at the counter (after they’ve already ordered may I add) assist them. Do not ignore them. Please at least pretend to want to help. Also, they were out of a lot of things. I know the employees cant do much about that, so it was okay for me to pick something else, but I saw several willing & paying customers leave empty handed because of it. On top of that, my entire meal was cold besides the mac & cheese. Very disappointing experience.
