- LMLexi MDec 20, 20251.0The lady at the drive thru on 12-20-2025 at 1:51pm needs to not be put on the drive thru if she is going to be rude and have absolutely no customer service skills. After realizing we had made a mistake on a reward for a free drink we had asked to change it and she continued to say “well that is what you paid for” when we didn’t pay for anything it was a reward for a free drink and we had made a mistake and wanted to fix it. After that interaction she became rude with her facial expression and tone of voice. When I realized that we had the wrong order and gave her the bag back she rolled her eyes and didn’t say sorry it’s literally not our fault that you couldn’t give us the right order.

There's a dear young lady who's always there, and she's just the sweetest thing you’d ever see. Her manners are just impeccable. In all my times going, they've only goofed once, can you believe it? But she apologize profusely and when she brought the burger back (and it was ever so tasty!), she gave me two coupons and wished me a good night. Seems like she's always holding down the fort by herself, but she handles everything like a pro! That Destiny is a real gem, making every trip a delight.
