    We had a party of 6, wait time was about 10-15 mins for a Friday evening, not bad. Our server was Mayra or something like that, she was okay, but always seemed “rushed”. We waited quite some time for our food to come out, surprisingly everyone’s food was not even hot for that time we waited. Chicken fried steak wasn’t fresh and mea. Kids meal mini corn dogs were well over cooked. Baked potato was dry itself after you’d run out of the little bit of toppings they gave you. I think my salad was the best part of my meal. When she asked how everything was, I proceeded to tell her but she asked “would you like something else” and didn’t really care about the situation itself. The manager walked by tables pretty often, but I never saw him ask his guests how their service or food was. He only seemed to help bring a few drink orders out here & there. We spent about $200, not including tip & mind you that was our main meals being from the “early lunch/dinner” menu. We won’t be back to this location.

    Waited forever for everything. We had 7 people and everybody’s food was cold upon arrival. We addressed this with the waitress (Myrla) who asked if we wanted something else. Why would I want to wait nearly an hour for more food? Why not give some sort of compensation for making me wait so long for cold food? She didn’t even apologize or pretend to care. I won’t even mention the extra high prices and small servings. Won’t be back.

    We dined here for Valentine’s Day after attending a marriage retreat. There was a long line when we arrived, and although we were initially quoted a wait time, the restaurant became extremely busy and our waiting time increased and we were communicated different times. Despite the confusion, the manager handled the situation with such kindness and professionalism. He took the time to personally explain what happened and made sure we were accommodated. We truly appreciated his patience and the way he cared for us. The service overall was excellent, and the food was exceptionally delicious. It ended up being one of the best experiences we’ve had as Laundry members. Thank you to the manager and the entire team for turning a stressful moment into a wonderful Valentine’s celebration!

    Rethink if you plan on visiting soon! We’ve always had a decent/good experience on previous visits but tonight’s dining experience was the worst we’ve ever experienced. We got there 10 mins prior to reservation time and were seated immediately at they weren’t busy yet at 6:20, our waiter greeted us and got our drink order and appetizers. Our appetizers were almost delivered to the wrong table as we hadn’t even received our drinks, even the waitress said I didn’t think they were yours as you don’t even have drinks yet. Perceptive! Finally our drinks came and soon the salads. Ok so far, our waiter took our order and asked if we’d like bread, sure we answered. Never got the bread. Mind you we were seated at 6:20, by 7:25 we still didn’t have our steaks, nothing special ordered and yet nothing. We flagged our waiter down and asked him to have the kitchen box our dinner as we had to leave to pick up our daughter from what was supposed to be a pleasurable parents night out. He brings the check and realizes we still don’t have our food. I flag a manager down as we only had 2 drinks and were charged for 3. She apologized and fixed it to reflect the one less drink. A few minutes later she comes back with our food boxes and says here I also fixed your ticket with an amount of $50 less than our original bill, acceptable for the less than pleasant experience. This evening I’m looking at bank account and guess what, the original bill was what we were charged. Now the question is will the one she claimed to have corrected hit too? I could understand if it was busy when we arrived but we watched guests that arrived after us get and finish their meals. This location has always been a go to for us but think it’ll be awhile before we visit again.

    My husband and I came in for lunch. The server was nice enough but would disappear for a great length of time after we ordered our drinks and took forever to come back to take our food order. I ordered the tenderloin steak tips with mushrooms over mashed potatoes. My husband ordered a salad. Once again, it took forever to get our meal. It was not even busy in the restaurant. When our food finally arrived I took one bite out of my steak and almost gagged on the amount of salt in the sauce. I love to add salt to my food, but this was next level salty, the kind that makes you sweat. The steak was so chewy, i had to oull it out of my mouth a d out it back on the plate. I scraped as much sauce off another piece of meat and covered it in mashed potatoes hoping to dilute the saltiness to no avail. This piece of beef was almost as chewy but I managed to swallow it. The mushrooms were so slathered in saltiness I couldn't enjoy them either. DO BETTER SALTGRASS. SO DISAPPOINTING AND NOT OKAY.
