When I called the store, the first employee who answered hung up on me. I called back and spoke with a male manager who said he would issue a refund. As of today, I still have not received that refund. Very disappointed with how this situation was handled. If an order is marked delivered but never arrives, customers should not have to chase down their money or be hung up on. I hope management addresses both the refund and the customer service issue.
