Requested only 2 minutes and no one helped us for 10 min. We requested one of the employees to take our order and she said “I don’t work the front.” UNDERSTOOD. Then she said “does the iPad not work?” Now my question is, what if one is Vegan or vegetarian? And cannot sub a certain item on the menu. I explained that “the iPad won’t be able to sub what we’re trying to.” Anyways waited another few minutes. We walked out. Honestly I don’t understand why anyone works these days if they can’t have a smile on their face. Honestly love Panera but seriously this is just upsetting. I’m so over eating out in Mansfield, since no one can just put a smile.
