First time here. We like that the kids area was big. Only suggestion would be the staff should try and clean it more often...it was dirty.

There’s absolutely no point using the mobile app cos they’ll take your money and then when you drive there, it’ll kick your order out so you still have to order at the drive through. Total waste of time

I ordered my food and when it got to me it was half of what I ordered. It was sealed with McDonald labels so I know it’s not the driver. I did call the driver anyways and he told me too that he questioned the McDonald guy at the window if everything was in the bag because it looked alittle small and he kept saying yeah yeah yeah it’s ok everything is in there. Then I called McDonalds to see if they can refund me so I can order again because the food they sent me is not going to be enough for my children and they told me that they cannot refund me. I was told by Camille I guess she is the manager today 12/14/25 that I have to get the refund from door dash. I did tell her that I didn’t not order from order door dash how are they going to refund me. I ordered straight from the McDonalds app and after I made the payment they told me it will be delivered by door dash. Camille said it’s still door dash which I knew didn’t make any sense but I went ahead and called door dash and ofcourse they said I didn’t order from their app so they don’t have my order to even refund me. This is terrible customer service from McDonalds. You might be a big industry that you are not affected but you can’t just hurt customers and take their money and get away with it. My kids needed to eat their dinner and your staff didn’t seem to care and it was their fault. Terrible customer service.
