It’s been a long time since I have been in a McDonald’s and had a pleasant interaction with an employee. This McDonald’s is doing it right. Every employee that I saw was busy working hard with a smile on their face. Breonna at the register was making sure that every customer who walked in was greeted joyfully and taken care. They helped me to purchase a gift card for Christmas and made sure I had everything I needed. The team member who was helping with curbside today also helped to call out my order when it was ready. They reminded me to check the bag and let them know if they provided all of the sauces that I needed with my meal. The dining room was very clean and overall I am just really happy with my experience today. I took my order to go, but atmosphere made me actually want to stay and eat there if I had the time. Everyone was warm and kind and doing a great job. Thank you for brightening my day during the holiday season. Your hard work and good attitude work really makes a difference.
