Unfortunately, in recent visits, several of my dishes have been overly salted, and staff have occasionally forgotten basic items, such as salad dressing. The final straw occurred when I ordered the Mediterranean salad and, while eating it, noticed a very gritty, sand-like texture. When I called to report the issue, instead of management addressing the concern appropriately, I was told the manager would try the dish himself and then placed me on hold. Due to the decline in both food quality and customer service, I will not be returning. I hope the restaurant employs more professional leadership in the future.
