I wish I knew the names of all the workers that have helped us each time we have shopped here because the service is phenomenal! The first time we went and got to the checkout lines we told ourselves we’d never come back. Well that changed! The cashiers are so fast and on top of that, they bag your groceries with so much care. I’ve never seen anyone here with a grumpy face or give us bad attitudes. I love this store. I wish I lived in Mansfield just so I can go to this HEB. They’re always well stocked and their store brands are top notch! Really every department is neat snd organized.

I started visiting HEB when I lived in San Antonio but this store is not lacks the "here everything is better" aspect. It's been messy or unorganized at times when I have visited. Most of my interactions with staff have been negative: an employee was very rude because I needed help using their self-checkout; a bakery employee who didnt record my cake order; they got another cake order wrong and placed my kids face on another kids cake, and the employee was not only unsympathetic, she was rude. There was once an employee who gave us a free cake around Easter and that was the nicest experience I have had here. At every other HEB I have been to the chef has been a pleasure. The chef here was arrogant and rude. I had a question but the personal conversation being held with a coworker was too important for them to be bothered.

Some areas best to leave cart elsewhere, go grab it through the crowd and take back to your basket. I do think most things are same/lower than Wal-Mart. I shop during the day on weekdays so helps combat some crowds and is just easier to get in and out of kroger or WM in my opinion. Produce I do think is near perfection!

I love that there are many options to choose from as well. I hate to say as busy as it is whenever I go, the atmosphere reminds me of walmart. Service is ok staff are nowhere friendly and welcoming like sprouts. Still worth the 30 min drive for me because they carry products that are worth it.

It’s almost becoming my new one. Stop shop. I’m able to get a charger for my phone, groceries, and also household items. I love the samples and the breakfast is actually very good. I really like the egg bites. The sushi is also pretty good for lunch. I love the frozen meals, there are different food types for your preference
