But the price/ labels and receipt need to match upfront don't change items once I've picked up my order and then say it's a charge for employee picking the items. Are they butchering the meat or getting from Kroger and needing to repackage it no. It seems like they are getting over on the meat. Also why are curbside employees getting a service fee built in random grocery prices when the service is advertised as free. This has also happened in store. I was told it's not that much difference but if they are doing it to multiple ppl it adds profits since they aren't refunding the difference and it's my money at the end of the day. It's a load of bull and they know it.

When the lady handed it to my wife, the rainbow borders were wayyy too dark and there were lumps all over the cake. We were told the borders would match the picture...it doesn't. It looks like someone just rushed and put the edible picture on smh. When my daughter saw the cake she said ewww and ran away! I'm sure it tastes good, but if the party wasn't about to start soon I would take this cake back and request a refund. There's no way we'll be using y'all again. The pictures show how dark the rainbow borders are and how lumpy the cake is. **UPDATE** I spoke to someone a week ago on 12/15/25 at 8am. They listened to why I left the review and advised that they would forward the information to the Mansfield location. They advised someone would give me a call in 24-48 hours. I never received a call from anyone. That's terrible customer service and I've updated the score from 2 stars to 1 now. I'm sure they don't care, but my family will no longer spend money at this location.
